Charles Clay has been in the construction
trade since his teens. After graduating on Oahu he was
accepted into the Carpenters union as a journeyman
carpenter. He had bypassed the regular apprenticeship program
because of the extensive experience he had already gained.
He has built many homes in Honolulu from West
Lock Fairways in Ewa Beach, custom cedar homes on the windward
side to Multi-million dollar homes on Wailai'iki Ridge, Portlock
Point and Hawaii Kai.
Moving to the Big Island in 1993 he has
continued to build his reputation for quality framing and attention
to detail. His extensive and hard earned experience
provides customers with a quality, solid built home.
Charles personally oversees each project
refusing to sacrifice quality for mass production. He has
extensive knowledge in complex foundation work, framing and roof
work. His years of 'hands-on' experience will create a
